We were thrilled with the baby cuddle elephant pillow we got (my bad, I accidentally ordered the 40cm instead of the 60cm). They sorted it all out in just a few days, right in time for our upcoming Baby Shower. Big thanks, Little Jax! I’ll surely be coming back for more.

This cushion is of shockingly low quality (as mentioned by other buyers on Trust Pilot). The delivery took forever, and once I unwrapped it, there was a weird smell. I get that soft furniture needs some time to bounce back from being compressed, but the fabric feels cheap (definitely not velour like the marketing photo suggests) and looks like it’s permanently wrinkled. I’ve asked for a refund and told them to cancel the second delivery, which still hasn’t shown up. By the way, the owner reached out to me offering a full refund even though the second package is still MIA. I pointed out that they really ought to pull this product since their other items seem to have better reviews.

This cushion is super comfy and just what I needed for my neck pain. The communication was solid, and the delivery was alright.

I got a fancy wedge pillow, ordered two sizes. They were packed nicely for shipping. The smaller one arrived super fast, but the bigger one took a bit longer since it was shipped from a distance. Sadly, the quality doesn't match the price, which is quite a letdown. Because of this, I'm not likely to buy more or recommend it.

From my initial email to the final response, it was all smooth sailing—quick, straightforward, courteous, and super friendly. I had a little hiccup with a pillow, shot them an email, and let me tell you, they were incredibly nice, helpful, and went above and beyond. My problem was resolved, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Someone mentioned, 'Oh, it's made in China,' but who cares? Most of the stuff in our homes probably comes from there anyway. From what I've seen, the quality is top-notch, so using the 'China' argument as a negative is just plain silly and a bit prejudiced. I wholeheartedly recommend this company because I've got nothing but good things to say about them. Just sharing my honest experience here.

I was on the hunt for a backrest that would help me while lying in bed, especially to ease my neck. Dealing with a partially prolapsed cervical disc isn’t fun. I don’t use the roll for bed; instead, it’s on my study chair, filling the gap between my bent neck and the headrest. When I’m in bed, I feel way more comfortable and actually sleep better. I need to be about 80% upright when I snooze. My study chair has also become a lot cozier. This product is solid and does the trick for me. The item came from China, not the UK. This wasn’t mentioned until after I made the purchase - I only found out when I got the tracking info. The pillow was labeled as a ‘luxury’ backrest, but honestly, there’s nothing fancy about it - it’s okay, but definitely not worth the cost or the long wait. After checking out other reviews, I went on AliExpress and found the same thing for around £10. I won’t be ordering from this company again!

We got the soft fleece blanket for Christmas since we had family visiting and it was freezing. It showed up late and came after our relatives had left. Little Jax was super quick and polite in responding to my nagging and offered top-notch service. Now, we’ve got two beautiful blankets, a soft green one with a sheepskin fleece lining, light yet really warm and cozy. I’d surely order again from this small, friendly business.

Since the parcel had no tracking, I had no clue when it would arrive. That said, the elephant was vacuum sealed and super easy to wrap for my grandson's first Christmas. The cuddle cushion is incredibly soft and feels luxurious, making it a great spot for a baby to lay on.
